Forbush Electronics

Welcome to the Forbush High School Moodle Site for Electronics.  Moodle is an open-source learning management system similar to Canvas. On this site, assignments, labs, and tests are available.  In addition, students can view the text and find links to other study resources, as well as submit assignments and review completed tests.

The instructor for these courses is Daniel Hutchens.  He is a 1991 graduate of Forbush High School and has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology from Wilkes Community College. He is certified in both electronics and customer service by the Electronic Technicians Association.  In addition, he holds both an IT Fundamentals and A+ certification from CompTIA  and is a certified Cisco Instructor for IT Fundamentals. He has been teaching  at Forbush since 1997.

Mr. Hutchens is a sponsor of the BETA Club and is a Senior Class Advisor and serves on the graduation committee.  He is also a  CTE Department Chair.
